The listed prices are per night per apartment. tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person (from age 14) is not included.
Surcharges & Discounts
- Extra person: €15.00 per person/night
- Long stay: 10% off starting from 14 nights
- Children discounts: 0–2 years stay free (in parents’ bed)
- Baby cot: on request, €10.00 per night
Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. The reservation becomes binding after receipt of the deposit (which will be retained in case of cancellation) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation terms
- Up to three months before arrival: Free cancellation.
- From three months to four weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price.
- Within four weeks before arrival: 100% of the travel price.
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.
- A deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
For the best protection against unforeseen events, we recommend purchasing the travel insurance from “Roter Hahn.”

Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 14:00. For late arrivals, please notify us by phone.
Check-out by 09:00. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, for a supplement of € 25.00.
Grilling
A small grill is available in the garden. If you’d like to use it, please let us know in the morning so Christoph can prepare a wheelbarrow with wood and the appropriate grilling tools. When weather is nice, you can dine on the terrace, which offers two large tables and a sun umbrella.
Non-Smoking House
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere on the property.
Final Cleaning
If a special final cleaning is required or if any damage occurs in the apartment or on the farm, please inform us. Any applicable costs will be borne by the guest.
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at our Pfaffinger Hof.
